This group includes design infrastructure, design development and planning.
Design Infrastructure provide services for publicly funded urban regeneration and strategic infrastructure projects from preliminary design to helping clients achieve technical approval. Our portfolio of projects ranges from small access roads working with local authorities to major trunk roads working with National Highways to Rail Freight Interchanges of National Significance.
Design Development mainly focuses on the design of levels, external works, drainage, and roads in both the public and private realm for sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, and more. The department offers a wide range of projects due to the large client base and the opportunity to work on projects at varying design stages from preliminary to detailed design.
Our Planning team works to provide sustainable transport reports, early junction designs. Planning’s job within the company is to help clients gain planning permission and provide the client information about the sustainable transport opportunities and working out the capacity and viability of new junctions. Planning also provide Road Safety Audits and produce specialised reports such as Transport assessments, Transport statements and Travel plans.
