Our work in the BIM environment enabled seamless integration of M&E systems with the architectural and structural elements, facilitating effective project delivery and reducing the risk of design clashes. Precise engineering We implemented a highly efficient mechanical ventilation system and LED lighting throughout the building, resulting in energy savings and a reduced environmental footprint. This included detailed modelling and analysis of thermal loads to ensure that all systems performed effectively under varying conditions. Our work in the BIM environment enabled seamless integration of M&E systems with the architectural and structural elements, facilitating effective project delivery and reducing the risk of design clashes. Expert engineering Designing systems that catered to both educational and community needs required careful planning and coordination. Our use of BIM technology was instrumental in achieving a fully coordinated design that met the complex requirements of the building.
