With a 20 year track record in the assessment and management of flood risk, our Water Environment team has a reputation as prominent experts in the safe delivery of development in the most complex of flood related settings.
Tracking the effects of climate change and associated changes in policy over this period, our team has maintained the foresight to recognise how flooding would have a significant impact on how developments would be delivered and assembled a ‘water team’ of the brightest and best in the understanding of flood, hydrology, hydraulics, drainage impacts and mitigation. Our ‘water team’ has evolved to specialize in all aspects of the Water Environment, encompassing a Water Engineering capability to deliver practical solutions from assessment stage through to construction. Our engineers and scientist utilise the latest software to analyse and design the optimum solutions to mitigate impacts and enhance the water environment.
Given our extensive range of water services and size of team, we are unique in that we do not sit on any regulatory frameworks. We remain advisors to private Clients and are able to appropriately challenge the regulatory flood mapping and modelling without conflict, to derive the best solution for our Clients.
