Twitterised: Me in less than 140 characters.

An engineer that enjoys managing people.

Why I decide to do what I do

Poor performance in my A-levels meant I wasn't able to take up Architecture. This left me at the mercy of 'clearing' which ultimately resulted in me gaining a place at Sunderland University doing Civil Engineering. The rest is history. Not sure what that says about Engineers and Architects and their educational prowess!

My potted history

Born in Lancashire, brought up in Yorkshire but now living in Nottingham. Looking to retire in Barbados. Living the dream!

The best project I have ever worked on at BWB

I guess this would be the M40 Beaconsfield Motorway Service Area. Whilst at the time the stress of delivering the scheme was intense the experience gained was invaluable. Probably learnt more what not to do rather what to do!

What I like to do in my spare time

When I have any spare time I like to do sport, watching that is, and DIY. Fishing used to be a passion but that was when Bros were at number 1!

What I hope to be doing 5 years from now

Hopefully in Barbados!
