We provide a complete foundation design service to our Clients from feasibility to detailed design.
We have considerable experience in foundation design for new build projects and refurb/repair projects, where strengthening and underpinning systems may be required. From single storey buildings to high rise; greenfield sites to brownfield; rural to urban; we have the know how to provide the optimum foundation solution. Everything we do is tailored toward a bespoke service. We work hand in hand with our geotechnical experts to plan and design site specific ground investigation regimes to provide the base data for individually tailored foundation solutions.
We excel on delivering cost-effective foundation solutions on challenging sites where weak soils and sub-optimal ground conditions can be significant barriers to a commercially successful project.
For complex projects and challenging sites, we offer a staged approach to our Clients. Stage 1 is our Foundation Option Appraisal: a feasibility study that allows us to quickly understand the key characteristics of the site and potential foundation solutions. The foundation recommendations we present to our Clients allows them to make early informed commercial decisions during site acquisition or feasibility stages of the project. Stage 2 is to build on our Foundation Option Appraisal to develop the complete solution for the project.
