|Spanning 30 years, BWB’s historic success is firmly grounded in providing a commercial, agile and responsive service to the demanding private sector. We are successful in the private sector because we are different. We have the scale and capability of the largest consultants, but retain the responsiveness, pragmatism and commercial competitiveness of the smallest. We are accessible and decisive. We understand what ‘being there’ and ‘timely decision making’ really means for our Clients. Our aim is apply this ethos to the BWB Rail Group and challenge the old traditions prevalent in the sector. We offer something different.
Our approach is grounded in 6 key facets:
01 SAFETY FIRST
BWB are RISQS accredited and drive a safety first culture - vital for the safety critical environment we work in. As well as safe practices and processes, we also promote employee wellbeing and mindfulness.
At 350 strong, BWB is large enough to provide the complete service, but small enough to operate with the agility and responsiveness of niche specialists.
We operate a flat management structure. Our Directors and senior managers are hands on and remain involved in the delivery of our design services. Always accessible and empowered to make quick decisions.
Our history and success is deeply rooted in providing value to the demanding private sector. Our approach is no different in the public sector. We deliver the same standard of value driven service at competitive market rates.
We understand design to construction build practice, construction phasing and buildability. We fully embrace collaboration with our Clients and D&B Contactor partners. Their success is the source of our success.
06 TECHNICALLY ASTUTE
A repeated Times Top 100 Companies to Work for and Investor in People Platinum status is testament that BWB attracts the best and develops the best.
