This £24 million project includes the construction of a new student accommodation complex. The 101,375 sq. ft. development is split into three tiered towers of six, eight and 10 storeys, each housing 319 apartments.
Almost 6,000 sq. ft. has been designed as communal hub space for collaboration and socialising. There will also be a coffee bar, separate study rooms and private bookable lounges.
The Building is bounded and constrained by listed buildings the Nottinghamshire Canal and towpath, Nottingham Express Transit (NET) Tram viaduct and then fronts onto Station Street.
