Rehanging of over 120 balcony doors and windows to 34 flats with tenants/ residents living in-situ whilst the remedial works were undertaken. Due to confined space site office and welfare facility location had to be discussed and planned carefully. Negotiations with the Management Company for the building allowed the contractor to lease an unoccupied commercial unit located on the ground floor for the duration of the works to utilise as site office and welfare facilities.
