BWB Consulting were employed to provide design services for the construction of a new Asda Supermarket on an existing retail park.
An existing Bowling alley and Cinema were demolished to make way for an extension to the existing units to accommodate 40,000sq ft of Asda retail store. The adjacent watercourse required negotiations with the EA resulting flood modelling being carried required. The revised layout is the second phase of an existing retail park rebranding following the creation of a John Lewis at Home Store.
