The project involved re-purposing of two existing office buildings in Horsham into residential apartments under permitted rights development planning policy.
The project involved two phases; Phase 1 included the refurbishment of Gate 2 into 60 residential units and the refurbishment of Gate 3 into a number of residential units, including new mezzanine level floors in both buildings.
Phase 2 included the extension of Gate 3 to provide a total of 26 residential units and an additional new build building with 29 residential units.
