BWB Consulting was appointed by Simons Developments on this circa 60,000 sq.ft unit for the construction phase following production of value engineering proposals on the tender design, produced by another consultant. We delivered structural, infrastructure and earthworks design services for the project.
The project comprised the construction of a portal framed industrial unit with 2 storey offices internally. The steel frame was piled and the ground floor slab was ground bearing. Service yard, car park and drainage infrastructure associated with the unit was also included within the package of works.
