Total strip back to blockwork of the existing poor condition render finish to the exterior walls, walkways and chimneys to the 8 elevations of the building and replacement with a more suitable render system for the type of blockwork.
Also included the removal of all existing rendered window cills and design and installation of new bespoke profiled stone window cills.
Recreate new Quoin, head and horizontal band architectural detailing to replicate what had been removed.

Defect analysis and technical reports, preparation of the specification and scope of works, project design, Project Management, quality assurance monitoring, building reinstatement valuations, party wall agreement, right of access agree.

Working within a confined space with public footpaths situated on 3 elevation.
Poor construction materials resulted in the scaffold design being altered due to lack of fixing strength to the substructure of the building.
Multiple occupancy building and proximity to neighbouring properties meant trying to keep all parties happy throughout the duration of the refurbishment works.
