Provision of engineering and environmental advisory services, with respect to an outline Planning Application for the development of agricultural land off the A5 Watling Street, Nuneaton.
The scheme was delivered over two phases but essentially was a residential led development, including a two-form entry primary school, a mixed-use community hub area and recreational open spaces.
BWB provided pragmatic advice around the provision of a surface water outfall, utilising infiltration for Phase 1 to avoid significant earthworks, to achieve an off-site gravity connection. BWB also provided advice to the Client on the provisions to be made between Phases 1 & 2 to ensure that sufficient rights of access and for services between phases were allowed for.
