PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Extension to existing school to create 4No. additional classrooms and provision of additional WCs and Group Rooms at Christ Church CE Primary School, Walsall.

BWB Consulting provided Mechanical & Electrical Detailed Design Services including provision of new dedicated boiler plant, underfloor heating, natural ventilation, domestic hot and cold water, above ground drainage, extension of existing sprinkler system, lighting, small power, data, fire alarm and security.

Thermal modelling of the building was carried out to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and Building Bulletin 101.
