PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our multi-disciplinary skillset provides a one stop shop for engineering, environmental and scientific services associated with property development. This enables us to interpret development constraints and opportunities from limited information. Providing professional opinion on the implications for development delivery scale, time and cost. The due diligence information we provide allows our Clients to make efficient commercial decisions to maximise their benefit in the property transaction process and account for ongoing liabilities.


BWB were able to add considerable value to this project from the outset specific to our Clients needs. We discussed the requirements with our Client and supplied them with a bespoke service offering to allow for the tight 6-week programme to complete all initial assessments. Due to the tight timescale we knew that clear, quick communication and availability of information would be key to its success. To allow for the information to be supplied in a swift and easily accessible way we requested the assistance of our in-house digital engineering team, Deetu.

Together we were able to set up a cloud-based database to handle the secure sharing and storage of information between all parties, keeping everything in one place in real time ensured no one was left waiting for information and all parties were kept up to date. To compliment this, we created a bespoke Dashboard to allow for the headline information to be easily accessed and communicated across all parties as well as a bespoke Interactive Map, this software was even available in mobile format to enable access to information when out on sit.
