The trade body which promotes best practice in the surveying industry has formally recognised our capability with their accreditation. The Survey Association granted BWB affiliate membership following a rigorous vetting process in which we demonstrated a track record of delivering high quality surveying work to the industry standard. The accreditation means that we now appear on the TSA’s searchable database of accredited surveyors and is evidence that we have the skills, experience and standards in place to give clients confidence in our service.

BWB’s survey team has expanded in recent years, growing both in staff numbers and the range of services offered. The team deliver topographic surveys, laser scanning, 3D modelling, measured building surveys, hydrographic & watercourse surveys, monitoring and setting out, and have worked on high-profile projects such as Broadmarsh car park in Nottingham city centre and the high-profile Arena Central development in Birmingham.

The TSA’s accreditation process included submitting examples of work, CVs of key personnel and quality assurance procedures. This was followed by a face-to-face interview with BWB’s survey team leader Simon Shreeves. Simon said: “We are thrilled to have achieved The Survey Association’s accreditation as it shows that the level we are working at and the procedures that our surveys go through meet the high standards expected in the industry.  It gives our clients confidence that our staff are experienced and qualified and that we have everything in place to be the right people for their surveying needs.”
