BWB WINS PLACE ON SECOND ESPO FRAMEWORK
16 February 2018
BWB Consulting is delighted to have been awarded a place on a second framework run by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO). The organisation has announced that our services can now be directly appointed through their Property and Building or Infrastructure Advice and Management Services Framework 2664.
This fantastic news follows on from BWB being awarded a place on ESPO’s National Consultancy Services Framework 664-17 for Environmental and Transport Services last year. The new framework covers a further four individual lots - Property & Buildings (London & SE), Property & Buildings (Rest of UK), Infrastructure (London & SE) and Infrastructure (Rest of UK).
ESPO’s OJEU compliant frameworks offer customers an efficient, simple and competitive route to obtaining property, building and infrastructure advice and management services from a select list of experienced and established suppliers.
Anthony Hart, BWB Commercial Director said: “Within this framework BWB will be able to draw upon the wide array of technical disciplines harnessed across our Business Groups of Transport & Infrastructure, Environment, Buildings & Built Environment and QMP, our Project Management and Quantity Surveying subsidiary. This will also allow us to further unlock the potential of our in-house digital data and location intelligence team, to provide digital and data solutions which allow our clients to maximise the value of data hidden within assets or across property portfolios to offer the most comprehensive and competitive services possible.”
The framework is available for use nationwide by any UK public body, including local authorities, police & emergency services, schools & academies and registered charities and runs from 1st January 2018 until 31st December 2020 with a possible extension until 31st December 2021.
