Only by ensuring identified risks and liabilities are fully quantified can the impact on cash Capex/Opex Programmes, Cash Flow Forecasts, and Environmental Provisions be fully understood. Working with a wide range of clients, our Transaction Services team has experience advising on M&A transactions across a broad range of industrial and commercial sectors around the world. With our network of international partners across Europe and Australia we are able to support on international transactions ranging from single site operations to multi-site, multi-jurisdictional portfolios.

Our due diligence team has experience providing environmental due diligence support for both individual property acquisitions and portfolios of over 1,000 sites. BWB develop solutions through integrated environment, sustainability and flood risk advice to help clients make informed decisions on environmental risks and liabilities along with potential future asset management opportunities. By drawing upon the expertise within our Flood Risk, and Sustainable Building Services teams we are able to provide integrated due diligence solutions putting contaminated land, environmental liability, flood risk and sustainability issues into the context of the transaction.
