The refurbishment of an existing building in 1998 to form “The Works” nightclub.

Being the first of a chain of “Works” venues, the building was extensively altered to remove structural columns and re-model floors to suit the new theme.

Electrically operation rise and fall staircases, rotating bars and lighting rigs all formed part of the scheme and involved extensive structural alterations.
