To produce a fee proposal and advise on timescales we need from you;

• A site location plan
• Copies of any previous correspondence with the Environment Agency and the Local Planning Authority
• Details of the proposed development

To carry out a Flood Risk Assessment we need:

• Topographical survey tied into Ordnance Datum using GPS. This may be provided by yourselves or we can procure it on your behalf if required. We would strongly recommend that you discuss the scope of the survey with us before it is commissioned.
• Development proposals and masterplan, if one is available
