The construction of a prestigious new state of the art teaching, research and administration facility to consolidate the University´s reputation as a world leader in the Plant Sciences field.
The project comprised a highly serviced three storey framed structure with curved roof and mezzanine plant level. The scheme also included the provision of infrastructure including a feature lake which served as a balancing facility for the development.
