BWB BIRMINGHAM TAKES MORE SPACE IN LIVERY PLACE
11 October 2017
BWB Birmingham has relocated within Livery Place to accommodate its rapidly growing engineering and environmental consultancy teams. All 70 Birmingham-based employees have moved to a newly refurbished suite on the sixth floor, which at 7,500 sq ft is almost double the size of their former home on the first floor.
BWB first moved to Livery Place in 2009 with just six employees and has subsequently relocated twice within the building, with staff numbers increasing more than tenfold. The team’s consultancy offering has also expanded during that time, with the strengthening of Civil & Structural, Flood Risk, Geo-Environmental and Transport Planning capabilities, alongside the introduction of M&E, Air Quality, Noise, Heritage, Ecology and Bridge Engineering services.
The new office been let on a five-year lease with the layout specifically designed to allow for the continued growth of staff numbers in the region.
Group director Andy Passmore said: “We are delighted to remain within Livery Place and believe our new suite will provide our staff with an excellent environment to further grow our Birmingham presence. We’d like to thank all our Clients and fellow professionals for supporting our growth and look forward to continually developing our service offering to the vibrant and ambitious Midlands market”
