This project comprises Phase 1 of a proposed three phase office development designed to centralize parts of Experian’s Nottingham operation and provide expansion space.
The project is sited at a prominent location off Queens Drive, Nottingham on the NG2 business park.
Shepherd Robson Architects were appointed by Experian to develop the building design to meet the clients needs and BWB worked as part of the design team to ensure that the result was achievable.
The result is a landmark building in Nottingham providing excellent quality office accommodation for 750 Experian staff and innovative breakout space with catering and conference facilities and a travel shop.
The project was procured under a traditional contract with Bowmer & Kirkland as the Main Contractor.
Phases 2 and 3 have been designed in principle and will be designed out and constructed when the clients needs require the development.
BWB were involved with Miller Developments in the demolition works of the former Royal Ordnance Factory to form the NG2 Business Park and the subsequent remediation of this brownfields site and are responsible for the primary infrastructure design of the business park as a whole.
These works facilitated the development of plots such as the one now occupied by the Experian development.
