BWB have been involved since 1996 as civil and structural engineering design consultants for this 150 acre industrial and distribution pack development. When complete, the scheme will comprise approximately 2,000,000sq.ft of B1/B2/B8 development situated close to M1 Junction 22.
BWB have also provided civil and structural engineering advice and detailed design for the individual industrial and warehouse buildings within the site.
We have also undertaken computer ground modelling to determine earthworks cut/fill requirements and to optimise plot plateau levels. BWB continue to provide the Client with strategic advice on the excavation and placement of earthworks for the plots yet to be developed and to carry out the requisite supervision of works on site.
