Our largest office , it is based over two floors, where we work on cutting-edge designs that are changing the way millions of people live, commute and work. Tapping into the energy and diversity of vibrant Manchester our centrally based office is in the prestigious Westminster House on the edge of Piccadilly Gardens, close to Manchester Art Gallery and short walk to Manchester Piccadilly station. Manchester is a focal point for our business in the North West, solving challenges and providing great cleint solutions in a collaborative environment our engineers and consultants play key roles.

With the redevelopment of New Street railway station and the completion of HS2, travelling to and around the city will be even easier. The city of Leeds has seen a meteroic rise as a great place to live and work. It is one of the largest business centres in the UK outside of London. Our Leeds office is located in the heart of the regeneration of the west end district of Leeds city centre and is only a 5 minute walk along the waterfront to the main train station.

Our London office is opposite the bustling and well known Borough Market. Our London office is a hive of creative acitivity with our engineers and consultants working on high profile London and national infrastructure and rail projects. To find us travel by Tube on the Jubilee Line to London Bridge or overland train to London Bridge train station which is only 5 minutes walk from our office.

Hiring Process
When you apply for a role with BWB, we will endeavour to respond to your application as soon as possible.
If your experience and skills match what we are looking for, our HR team will call you for an initial chat. This is an opportunity to ask us questions about working for BWB.
The first stage interview is your opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and other team members. We usually carry out 2nd stage interviews as well. Interviews can be either over Teams or face-to-face. We like to do face-to-face interviews wherever possible, as this will allow you to visit our office and meet the team. We also know that sometimes face-to-face interviews can be tricky to organise when you have a busy diary.
After your interview, our HR team will be in contact with feedback and, hopefully, details of the offer we are making you.
To make the offer process as easy as possible, the HR Team will send you your Offer Letter and Contract of Employment through DocuSign. You will also receive a digital Offer Pack containing information about working for BWB, your benefits and the team you will join.
Your Induction will be organised before your start, so on your first day, you will receive your IT equipment and a welcome gift pack. You will also have a Buddy there to help and support you in those first weeks. We will also organise your indication meetings so you can enjoy your first few days and weeks getting to know us.
