BWB were appointed by Sladen Estates to produce outline design of substructure, drainage, highways and earthworks design for a new Audi car dealership as part of the Quest Park development in Doncaster.
The site provides 17,000 square feet of motor trade showroom and workshop with associated external car display areas and parking.
Detailed design was carried out on behalf of PDR Construction, the appointed design and build contractor.
Foundations and floor slabs were designed based on site investigation work previously undertaken by BWB. Close liaison was required with the Audi brand guardian architects to ensure the structural design solutions complemented the high specification finish required.
Drainage and external works levels were designed to connect into the previously constructed infrastructure, which was also designed by BWB.
A close working relationship between all parties enabled the project to be completed within the tight programme
